Meenks Ink Design specializes in high-quality custom house designs. Based on the Surfcoast, we focus on providing designs that meet the client's brief.
We provide our clients with designs that match their personalities and meet their needs. We create documentation that ensures there is no guesswork on site.
As a member of the Building Designers Association of Victoria (BDAV), we constantly improve our knowledge base to suit the ever-changing building design environment.
We take pride in delivering design solutions in a timely fashion so that our clients can enjoy their new space as soon as possible. We can provide any design you require from home extensions and renovations to unit developments, commercial projects and new house designs.

Director
Paul is the Director of Meenks Ink Design. He created the company in 2016 after completing his Advanced Diploma in Building Design at the Gordon Institute of TAFE and becoming a registered Building Practitioner. He is also a member of Design Matters the official building designers’ association in Victoria.

Cara is a Junior Designer for the Meenks Ink team and joined us in 2021 with 3 years of experience in the construction industry as an Administration Assistant. Cara now assists with designs and brings a fresh new perspective to the team.

Junior Designer
Matthew is a Junior Buidling Designer at Meenks Ink, who completed his Advanced Diploma of Building Design in 2024. Matt is passionate about designing homes that enhance the health and wellbeing of occupants and acheive a high standard of sustainability.
